CONVERSION SERVICES

Proof correction:

Editors transfer all author corrections to the final typeset proofs, check for typesetting and layout errors, and read the manuscript a final time for other errors that might have been missed. They also contact authors about any additional questions that arise, either from the final read or from the author’s own corrections, and notify them of any further corrections that are made at this point (e.g., if we notice an incorrect figure description in a legend).
